1. General

This website is operated by Wattza T, a brand specialized in fun, colorful, and practical accessories for students, engineers, and designers.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Our Website

You may not use our products or content for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
All content, images, and designs are the intellectual property of Wattza T and may not be used without prior written consent.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are listed in EGP and may change at any time without prior notice.
Orders require a 100 EGP deposit before shipping. The remaining balance is paid cash on delivery.

4. Shipping

Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days (Fridays and Saturdays are not considered working days).
If we know in advance that your order may take longer, we will notify you before confirming the order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message.

5. Exchange & Returns

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging.
If you wish to exchange for another product and it is available in stock, you will pay the delivery fee + return shipping fee.
If the product arrives with a printing, stitching, or manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.

6. Liability

Wattza T is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details.
