• Exchange Period: Exchange and return are available within 14 days from the delivery date.

• Exchange Conditions:

  • If you wish to exchange a product for another one, this is possible only if the requested product is available in stock.

  • In this case, you will be required to pay:

    • The new delivery fee for sending the replacement.

    • The return shipping fee for sending back the original product.

• Defective Products:

  • If your order arrives with a printing defect, stitching defect, or any manufacturing issue, we will replace the product at no extra cost.

• Refunds:
