Shipping policy

At Wattza T, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please read our shipping policy carefully:

Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days.
- Note: Fridays and Saturdays are not considered working days.
- If we know in advance that your order will take longer than this timeframe, we will notify you with a message before confirming your order to update you about the delay.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a message confirming that it has been handed over to the courier company.
Courier Contact: The delivery representative will contact you either the day before delivery or on the morning of the delivery day to confirm the delivery time.
Non-Delivery:
- In case you refuse or fail to receive the order, you will be charged the delivery fee plus an additional 20 EGP.
